Madison Gas and Electric (Gas) - 1 bedrooms in buildings 2105, 2111, 2117 and 2123 and all 2 bedrooms.

Charter Spectrum (TV, Phone and Internet)

Rent is due on the 1st of every month.

You may drop off your rent checks in the Rent Drop Box located at the entrance on the Ritz side of the main office building, or online. You can even set up automatic bill pay online if you'd like.

Please remember if you use the automatic bill pay feature to also shut it off if you move as we are unable to do so for you. 

All guests must park on the street. 

Parking lots are for residents with permits only.

If anyone is parked in our parking lot and does not have a permit clearly visible they will be ticketed and/or towed at the owner's expense.

 You will need a corded telephone for your intercom system to work. 

Plug it in the red jack located in or near your kitchen.

When guests dial your apartment number your phone rings. You can then answer it and communicate with the person at the intercom unit outside if you wish. 

Press the number 9 to buzz them into the building and hang up or just hang up the phone to deny them access into the building.
